It makes sense that restaurants are trying to think of additional added-value options to differentiate themselves from the masses, because, if you think about it, we have a lot of choices when it comes to eating out. But, unless you’re choosing to eat a dry salad, grilled chicken or steamed vegetables, chances are, you don’t really want to know how many calories you’re ingesting.
Why? Because, we’re not stupid, we know that it’s probably not the healthiest choice.
