We’re off to a brand new year, and already there have been a few tech glitches.
If you’re an iPhone4 user and you were expecting your alarm clock to wake you up this morning, well SURPRISE, you overslept.
Apparently,
…the bug doesn’t affect alarms that have been previously set up to run as recurring elements on the phone. You’ll have to set a single alarm specifically for tomorrow or January 2 in order for your iPhone to completely ignore it.
and
the alarm clock problem fixes itself automatically once the iPhone registers that it’s January 3.
While the powers to be at Apple, have yet to respond to this… Windows Live support technicians are aware of the current glitch with Hotmail accounts.
A chorus of frantic users has posted complaints on Microsoft’s online forum that all of their messages have disappeared.
Let’s hope that these are the biggest tech issues of 2011.
Happy New Year everyone!
